I never received my registration e-mail. How do I login?

Please check possible spam folders if our registration email has ended up there. In most of all cases undelivered registration emails have been filtered by anti spam software.

If you still believe that you have never received your registration email, and that it has not been filtered by an anti spam software, please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement registration email. If possible, please tell us an alternative email address where we can CC the registration email to.

Is it possible to make a hotel reservation on MalaysiaGuide.com?

No, MalaysiaGuide.com hotels search is a hotel price comparison engine and therefore it is not possible to make a hotel reservation directly on MalaysiaGuide.com. Hotels.MalaysiaGuide.com search over 2 million hotel deals in over 120,000 destinations worldwide, giving you the possibility to book the best hotel at the best price on an external booking site.

I did not receive a booking confirmation; could you please send me a new confirmation email?

As it is not possible to directly make a hotel reservation on MalaysiaGuide.com, we cannot send you a new booking confirmation. Once you have booked a hotel with an external booking site you should automatically receive an email to confirm your booking. If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam email folder, or contact the respective hotel booking site where you completed your booking and they will be able to assist you.

Can I cancel or change my hotel reservation through MalaysiaGuide.com?

Hotels.MalaysiaGuide.com is a hotel price comparison site and it is not possible to make a hotel reservation directly on Hotels.MalaysiaGuide.com; which means we search other hotel sites to find the best deals. In order to make a change or cancel a booking you will have to contact the hotel booking site that you made the reservation with. You can find this information on the confirmation email that you received or alternatively on the hotel booking site information page.

Is it possible to get in contact with a hotel listed on Hotels.MalaysiaGuide.com directly?

How can I see how much a hotel room will cost for my specific travel dates?

You need to enter your chosen destination and travel dates into the search form, the current available rates will then be displayed for each hotel in your selected destination and you can filter these results to find your ideal hotel.

If you need to amend your booking, please look for contact information on the e-ticket you received in your email inbox. Then contact the airline or travel website that the ticket was purchased from.

How do I cancel my flight?

If you are booking a single trip using two or more airlines, please make sure to review cancellation policies for each airline respectively as they may differ considerably from airline to airline. To cancel a ticket you need to contact the airline or travel website that the ticket was purchased from.

Can I check my baggage all the way to my final destination?

This depends entirely on the kind of trip you have put together. If you purchase two or more separate tickets with different airlines you will need to recheck your bags, this may even apply if you purchase two separate tickets with the same airline. Contact the airline operating the first flight of each journey for more information on this.

In order to find the best price for your journey and the fastest way to get to your destination, you may need to purchase your airline tickets separately from more than one airline or online travel website.

How do I pay for my tickets?

As you are not booking with MalaysiaGuide.com directly but with various online vendors or airlines, payment methods vary but you can always be sure that you will be able to pay by credit card. In most cases a credit card is probably the only option, and MalaysiaGuide unfortunately cannot provide information regarding the payment methods of specific vendors.

We simply search and display prices on a per passenger basis, so we only need to search for one passenger. When you’ve found the price you want and select it, you’ll be asked to supply the number of passengers.

I found the flight I want, what do I do now?

Click the select button below the price and you’ll be taken to a transfer page where you’ll be asked to supply the number of passengers and specify children if any. Then you can go forward to the third party site we direct you to for booking the flight.

Can I email my itinerary to a friend?

Yes you can. For each search results, you’ll see a link below it saying “Email”. Click it, and you’ll see a small window allowing you to put in your friend’s email address, and voila!
