Pantai Cahaya Bulan, formerly known as Pantai Cinta Berahi / Beach of Passionate Love (PCB) is the most popular beach near Kota Bharu, about 10km away.

It was believe to name by a lovelorn British soldier during the World War Two. Till today, there are some locals still prefer to use the old name. It has a beautiful long and wide sandy beach, a popular spot for family outings and picnics.

Maritime Museum complex consists Maritime Museum Phase I, II Marine Museum, Museum of the Royal Navy of Malaysia and former KD Sri Trengganu. Phase I of the Maritime Museum is a replica of the ship Flor de la Mar, built in early 1990 and was inaugurated by Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, on June 13, 1994. The Maritime Museum is located at Jalan Quayside near the mouth of the Melaka River. Built on the Portuguese ship replica measuring 34 meters high, 36 meters long and 8 meters wide.
